Zopa has raised $41.18 million in Series E funding.
Founded in 2005, Zopa is a P2P money lending service that allows lenders and borrowers to deal directly with one another, cutting out the banks who act as middlemen.
The new money will be used to help support the build-out of the company’s technology infrastructure and product range in preparation for the submission of its bank licence application later this year.
