[ Open Listings raises $6.5M in Series A funding ]

Open Listings has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding.

Founded in 2014, Open Listings helps anyone buy a home without an individual real estate agent. Buyers use their self-service platform to manage the process online and get back half the commission that would typically go to their agent.

The team is currently 23 full-time employees based out of Los Angeles, and they are licensed to buy homes in California and Washington State, with 2 more states coming by the end of the year.
